Who Are Rammi?
Rammi are an Icelandic fishing company, based in Northern Iceland. They have been catching and supplying the finest quality cod fillets, exclusively to V.A.Whitley and the Q Partnership for over 15 years. They offer consistency of supply of the oCean Premium cod fillets.
Locked In Freshenss
oCean Premium Cod is frozen at sea in two hours from catch. This means the fish’s freshness and flavour is sealed in. Freezing the fish at sea also stops any deterioration to the fish through drip loss. This is all done aboard their state-of-the-art vessel, Solberg.
Sizes Available
Rammi oCean Premium cod fillets are available in a range of sizes, so you can order the size that suits your shop and your customer base.
Tightly graded skinless boneless fillets are available in the following sizes:
- 4/6oz, 6/8oz, 8/10oz, 10/12oz and 12/16oz
Rammi Cod fillets are also available in traditional grades, including:
- 16/32oz and 32oz+
