Ideal on a bun like a burger, but perfect in a pitta or a naan like a kebab! Perfect with chips, or great with fresh salad.
For best results, cook from frozen, Griddle, Chargrill, Deep Fry, Oven.
- Cook until no pink colour remains and all juices run clear.
- Ensure that the core temperature is 75C or above
- Turn burger occassionally to cook evenly.
