Whitley's Hot Curry
A traditional, yet hot, English Chip Shop style curry without sultanas.
Made with authentic Asian spices with a hot kick to make a beautifully spiced curry, with diced onion and apple providing a little bit of sweetness and texture.
Suitable for Vegetarians.
Mix 200g of Smooth curry sauce mix with 1 litre of cold water and bring to the boil whilst stirring. Simmer for 1-2 minutes before serving or transferring to a Bain Marie.
