An Authentic (Chinese) restaurant/takeaway style smooth curry sauce made with a subtle blend of Asian spices.

This produces a rich smooth sauce bursting with flavour with a mild heat and sweetness.

Suitable for Vegetarians.

Mix 200g of Smooth curry sauce mix with 1 litre of cold water and bring to the boil whilst stirring. Simmer for 1-2 minutes before serving or transferring to a Bain Marie.
