A savoury dark gravy with a deep rich beef flavour.
Mix in a ratio of 250g of gravy mix to 3 litres of water.
Approx 1300 x 100ml portions per 10kg tub.
1. Mix in a ratio of 250g of gravy mix to 3 litres of cold water. Add the powder to a small quantity of the water to make a smooth paste and mix to remove any lumps.
2. Add the rest of the water, mix thoroughly, bring to the boil stirring continuously, then simmer for two minutes.
3. Adjust water quantity for a thinner or thicker gravy as required.
