Mayflower Chinese Curry Extra Hot

A Chinese style full bodied curry sauce, with an extra hot 'kick'.

Whisk 570g of mix into 2.3 litres of cold water.

Bring to boil stirring frequently.

Simmer for 2 minutes on a low heat stirring occasionally.
