Salt and Pepper Squid Chunks
Salt and Pepper Squid Chunks are pineapple-cut squid chunks with a salt and pepper coating.
Packing Size: 1kg.
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180C.
Deep fry frozen squid for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden brown.
No. of Pieces/Pack: approx. 42 - 63 pcs.
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 220C.
Place frozen squid on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 24 - 26 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.
Allow a minute to cool before serving.
