Whitley's Classic Gravy is a rich beefy flavoured gravy but because no animal ingredients have been used is still suitable for vegetarians.

The consistences of the mixes have been carefully balanced to give the important advantage of being "free flowing" when heated from cold.

All Whitley's Gravy Mixes are suitable for vegetarians and are free from MSG.

Mix 340g of Classic gravy mix with 550ml of cold water. Make up to 5 litres with boiling water. Simmer for 1 to 2 minute. This process will make 5 litres of gravy.
