Whitley's Vincent's Curry Sauce

A modern take on traditional smooth curries, taking into account younger consumers preference for spicier and sweeter products.

Vincent's Special curry produces a rich smooth sauce with a little extra oomph from the spice blend and a little extra sweetness to satisfy the modern palate.

Suitable for Vegetarians.

Mix 200g of Vincent’s curry sauce mix with 1 litre of cold water and bring to the boil whilst stirring. Simmer for 1-2 minutes before serving or transferring to a Bain Marie.
